CPU usage had been at an average of 120% (2 CPUs). Reading this Blog I decided to try out PHP-APC and nearly dropped from my chair. CPU average is below 20% now. I only suggest to clear the cache at least once per day, because the cache fragmentation is rather high through the generated delivery_caches from OpenX.
