Great to know OpenX is growing up. OpenXmods.com is consulting company to serve needs of Openads/Openx.

OpenXmods.com has 20 engineers in its Electronic City, Bangalore Office.

Also, Openxmods.com has developed lots of innovative mods and plugins which is really unique.

And, we are very sure, OpenX users are going to grow in years to come

<b>Please Developers! Do not underestimate the need for such a plugin for Joomla 1.5.</b> Banner managers are coming out all the time for Joomla, so there is a need for it. But none of them is so advanced as OpenAds. It would be a tremendous success for both community if you could integrate the OpenAds to Joomla 1.5.

The team at Openads has been busy at work on 2.4 as well as the subsequent releases. The scale of the effort meant other projects, such as the Joomla module, had to be put on hold for awhile.

We realise the importance of building out our plug-in architecture. We are reviewing the work begun for CMS integration, and other similar modules. Look out for an update in the new year.

In the interim, there are a large number of references already available in the community for integrating Openads with CMSs, such as Joomla. Examples include:

http://docs.openads.org/openads-2.4-guide/quick-start-guide.html

http://blog.openads.org/11/how-to-implement-easy-and-effective-ad-targeting-using-openads/

Thanks again!

I will have to build a module too, kl_php mambot is referenced in the joomla forums. The OpenAds plugin would be popular indeed.

You always can create your own MODULE in Module Manager and add the OPENADS code to the just created MODULE.

Just make sure that you don't have any Default WYSIWYG Editor configured.

Regards
