I really think you are doing wonderful job. We understand that you have busy lives - family, jobs, etc and yet you take the time to help others. To be honest, I can't thank you enough. My message for those who earn a living using this system, please help out in any you can. The point is while developers contribute their time and expertise, you should contribute through donations, and help out junior members by contributing to forums.
