The user accounts management is pretty retarded. How do I create a new user with username and password? It's not by going to Account Management and adding a new one. That just adds.. not sure what. Then, if I click in the new "account", I have to go to "User Access", which by default has nothing. Then I click on "add user" and I am asked only for a username.
Besides "adding a user to an account" (whatever that means... "user account"?), then there is the section to define "Admin access", which makes it possible to have a "user" (?) listed in the Admin access, but which does not exist in any Account.

You really tried hard to make it complicated, didn't you?

OpenX' interface is pure crap. It was OK when it was phpAdsNew, after all it was a simple app. But now, you've added all that Web2.0 pastel colours crap, but the workflow is horrible. And you want people to pay for it?

umm
i think we miss to scale the agency concept since seem at full level.

Could be nice to have agency ( kinda manager ) only for a zone ( so can play with all the campaign for a zone) or for a campaign ( so can play with new banner, frequency, etc,) .

Mmmm... I think this is certainly an improvement.

But, wouldn't it be a lot better to get to the bottom of it, which in my mind is to allow customers to advertise directly!

Wouldn't it be nice to get out of the way, and letting OpenX present the different ad website real estate options with prices (CPM, CPC, or CPD) and having advertisers select and set their options, paying through paypal or authorize.net..?

I dearly miss and need this.
Thanks.
