    There is a Local Mode tutorial listed above: http://www.openx.org/docs/tutorials/local+mode+tags

    Could you give more detail on what you are asking for - by dimension statement do you mean stating the exact dimensions (width and height) of the banner you want? This is done only with Direct Selection — when invocating zones the Zone ID is provided and the size dimensions of the zone is used.
    For Direct Selection all dimensions and keywords are placed in the banner selection string box on the invocation generation page. When you submit the form it will provide you with a tag which selects banners using the selection string you provided
