Hi,

You should try going to Settings -> Maintenance -> Banners and click 'Check banner cache'

I would also recommend upgrading to the newest version of 2.4: 2.4.4

Hi Jack,

Sorry to hear of your troubles but we will definitely do all we can to help.

I have answered your post on the forum. It is different than other issues we have encountered but I'm sure we can find a way through it.

Our forum keeps growing in activity but we are actively expanding to keep on top of all issues. I'm sure you'll find that not just Openads staff but also many active community members are extremely helpful and have a wide variety of knowledge to answer the very wide variety of questions asked.

We upgraded and its been a disaster every since. Our ad clicks are not showing ads are showing blank pages when people click on them and your forums seem to have nothing but people left hanging with problems. JMO but you guys added too much too soon and didn't test this enough. You are going to loose some long time PMA users who are not loosing their business because of these problems. I have requested help from a consultant. I hope they can help me as this will be end of the link for us and OA if we cannot get this app running right.

[...] My own forays into selling advertising on this site is progressing, you may have noticed the 125 pixel ad (popular among webmaster blogs) in the navgation. I am testing it for potential clickthroughs so I can gauge pricing, I am using OpenAds by the way. I have a custom PHP solution I am also testing elsewhere which I may use. Don’t get me wrong OpenAds is great but it is big (where’s OpenAds Lite). [...]

Hi,

I'm afraid I haven't seen anyone report such a message before, and we don't have any reports in the bug tracker at developer.openads.org

Could you please post on the forum at forum.openads.org with more details, mainly:
At what point do you get this message? Right when you view stats?
Do you see stats below this message or do you see a blank page? Do you have an option to change dates of stats?
If you open your config file inside openads/var/www.example.com.conf.php, what is the value for the 'production' setting?
Could you post the last 100 lines or so of your openads/var/debug.log to the forum.

I'm looking forward to trying the latest upgrade. I'm starting to get the hang of the system and after using it to serve ads on a couple of websites, I'm starting to see the differences between the CTR for different banner designs. You have a very useful system that can be used in conjuction with PPC.
